For our client in Bahrain, we are searching for highly motivated candidates for the following position:
FEMALE PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Summary:
The Centre is a high-end health and beauty centre exclusively for women. We are targeting the luxury / upper middle market and many of our customers are VIP ladies. Customer care for all members, prospective members, customers and clients is paramount.
Tasks:
- Demonstrate the correct way to use exercise equipment
- Monitor the misuse of equipment
- Ensure the gym is clean and free of health and safety hazards
- Conduct fitness assessments
- Sell and promote memberships
- Refer clients to personal trainers
- Write basic fitness programs for new members
- Cover the gym floor
- Interact with guests
- Form relationships with members and assist them with in the gym
- The incumbent will ensure that strict guest confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Promotes services within the Health Club, Salon and Spa to guests.
- Be highly visible and approachable to guests.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Health Club Manager/Dessange Director.
Requirements:
- Pilates Trainer qualification
- 3-5 years’ experience in similar field.
- Desire to provide phenomenal experiences to guests: possess a professional attitude and outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be assertive, quick thinking
- Be customer focused.
- Able to adapt to flexible work patterns.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Candidates should have Pilates certificate from their profession.
- Experience in teaching a person or a group of class with certification in the fitness field Energetic and can handle pressure
- Basic salary: starting from 400 – 700 BD
- Commission amount is at prevailing rate
