DIRECTOR OF NURSING

All the hospitals that fall under this group are tertiary level hospitals, normally based on the bed capacity of more than 250.
Job Purpose: Responsible for managing and taking care of daily operations of the hospital’s in-patient and / or out-patient department, and reporting to the President of Nursing / Medical Affairs or to the CEO of the hospital
Location: Riyadh / Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Major Role for DON: Need for day-to-day operations for In-Patients & Out-Patients
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with a current Nursing license Education: Bachelor Degree in Nursing | Masters / Post Graduation / Some sort of Clinical or Managerial Specialization will be a plus
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of clinical managerial experience as a Nursing Director for Daily Operations of a Hospital’s In-Patient Departments or Out-Patient Departments
*** Otherwise experience as a Director of Nursing for Educational Affairs or for Quality Assurance Affairs of any hospital will also be considered ***
Gender: Male / Female; but majority of FEMALE is preferred
Age limit: Below 53 years; 56 years maximum with exceptions Nationality: USA, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, EU Countries, and other TIER 1 Countries (UK, Ireland, Australia, South African)
English Language Level: Professional
Compensation / Salary Details:
Type of Contract: Full-time initial (renewable) contract for 2 years with 90 days probation
Monthly Salary: US$ 7,500 – US$ 15,000 (tax free salary)
Housing: Furnished Family Housing (with 3 bedrooms)
Transportation: Provided by hospital; to & from the work place and the accommodation
Other Benefits: Eligibility for dependents; that include spouse & 2 children under the age of 18 years.
Air Ticket: Economy class air ticket (round trip) to home of origin once a year for the employee along with the accompanied dependents
Medical insurance: Health Insurance including dental & optical provided to the employee and accompanied dependents
Vacation: 30 days + 10 public holidays
