HEAD NURSE

Job Purpose: Responsible for managing and taking care of daily operations & every shift related aspect of the concerned department / unit of the hospital, and reporting to the Nursing Director responsible for the day-to-day management of the hospital branch.
Location: Riyadh / Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Department (of placement / work): ER & Critical Areas (ICU, NICU, PICU, CICU, CCU); Coronary, Cardiology, Pediatrics, Neonatal, Trauma, as well as in some of the other In-Patient Departments
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with a current Nursing license Education: Bachelor Degree | Minimum 3 Years of Nursing Education
Experience: Minimum 7+ years of clinical experience in ER & Critical Areas (ICU, NICU, PICU, CICU, CCU); Coronary, Cardiology, Pediatrics, Neonatal, Trauma, Surgical and Neurology
*** Some years of experience as a Charge Nurse / Head Nurse / Nursing Supervisor / at any other Managerial Position is preferred ***
Gender: Male / Female; but majority of FEMALE is preferred
Age limit: Below 45 years; 48 years maximum with exceptions
Nationality: USA, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, EU, and other TIER 1 & TIER 2 Countries | Eastern European Countries, Balkan & Baltic Countries, EEA, Russia, Soviet Countries, Latin American Countries, Central America — only with exceptions
English Language Level: Professional
Compensation / Salary Details:
Type of Contract: Full-time initial (renewable) contract for 2 years with 90 days probation
Monthly Salary: US$ 4,500 – US$ 7,500 (tax free salary)
Housing: Furnished Single Apartment
Transportation: Provided by hospital; to & from the work place and the accommodation
Air Ticket: Economy class air ticket (round trip) to home of origin once a year
Medical insurance: Health Insurance including dental & optical provided to the employee
Vacation: 25 to 35 days + 10 public holidays
